  • Panel session opportunities are exclusive to senior leaders within their respective industries.
  • As a panel session speaker you will work closely with C3 and the other speakers to craft the topic conversation.

Round Table Discussion

  • Round table discussions are conducted as a "one-on-one" moderator/audience discussion representing an excellent opportunity to engage with like-minded attendees in an intimate setting.
  • Round table discussions are intimate sessions held in a private suite that are by invitation only.
  • Round table topics are determined by the sponsor and circulated continuously to all registered attendees.
  • Round table discussions can hold up to 50 attendees.
  • Sponsors select all participants they want to attend from a group of delegates that have confirmed their interest in participating.

  • The intimate setting of our venue, The Union League Club, means that there are only 30 exhibit tables set directly outside of the main conference room that all attendees pass by multiple times throughout the day.
